TravelBackfill 963422 -- Travel Rate: $100 -- Radius: $95: 51-100 mile -- Local: $90: 50 miles or less -- CVORT: Certified Scrub tech; and call as required – Weekend Requirements: as needed flexibility a must; solid knowledge base including, but not limited to, ortho, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, neuro; 2 yrs. OR exp req. Should have Level 1 trauma within last year and at least 1 yr. in work experience. strong skills from a similar sized teaching facility; prior travel req; CNOR pref; BLS req;
Float req;
EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable.
Monday to Sunday; E/O Monday Orientation; IVS to interview/offer; This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete to submit.
