We believe that true health care extends beyond the confines of an exam room - we're here to support the whole person on their journey to creating a life of good health.Key Details:Pay Ranges: Dental Assistant I: $19.60-$24.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.Dental Assistant II: $24.00 - $27.27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Growth opportunities are available, including potential advancement to Dental Assistant II and III.Bilingual Pay Policy: Eligible for a $1.25/hour increase for Spanish proficiency.Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with 8 hour shifts between 7:30 am - 6:30 pm. Qualifications for this role are:Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with CPR/BLS certification.Strong organizational skills and familiarity with dental office technology.Knowledge of OSHA, CDC, and ADA standards.Experience in a dental clinic setting.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.Responsibilities: As a Dental Assistant at Wallace, you'll support our dental team, helping ensure smooth operations in the clinic. Responsibilities include:Assisting dentists and hygienists during procedures.Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean workspace.Educating patients on oral health and addressing their questions or concerns.Supporting the clinic's overall operations and contributing to an efficient workflow.Collaborating with a compassionate team to provide outstanding patient care.Join us and be part of the team that's truly "together in health."
