Sun Valley Resort wants to hire a class-act
CDL Shuttle Driver
with a Passenger Endorsement to drive in Idaho. Therefore, you should only apply if you have a
Class B or Class C CDL Passenger Endorsement
license. Our courtesy shuttle meets and greets our guests at the airport and returns them after their experience at the resort.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Comply with the hotel conduct policy and always maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanorMaintain the appearance of lobby areas, courtyard, and entrances to present customers with a clean and attractive facilityAlways be well groomed and in uniform with a name tagAssist other employees and departments in contributing to the best overall performance of the department and hotelUpon arrival, greet and assist guests by helping unload luggage from the vehicle and transporting it to their room, personally carrying the bags, or using a luggage cartUpon departure, assist guests by transporting luggage from the room to the lobby and helping them load bags into the vehicleRespond to guest needs by promptly delivering laundry, newspapers, iron & ironing board, additional linens, etc. Maintain written log, recording these requests and deliveriesRespond to inquiries and promote the hotel's services, in person and on the telephone, by explaining products/servicesProvide the guest with up-to-date hotel information to enhance customer relationsKeep abreast of local activities and establishments to answer questions and give recommendations or directionsQualifications:
A current Class B or Class C CDL with a Passenger Endorsement and a U.S. driver's license is requiredBe able to stand for prolonged periodsWhile performing this job's responsibilities, the employee must walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hearAbility to safely move objects up to approximately 75 pounds about the workplace
