Minimum Experience REQUIRED: Two years of strong Med/Surg, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience.Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)Schedule Information
Contract Length: 13 weeksStart: Bi-weekly orientationGuaranteed Hours: 36 (will accept 48 upon request)Shift Requirement: 12hr Nights 6:30-7Float Requirement: First to float within skillset.Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six-week schedule. Every other holiday.Unit Specific Information
Unit Strengths: New leadership brought in to lead unit, amazing teamwork, and experienced charge nurses.Patience Population: Combination of medical and surgical patients, no cardiac heavy.Skillset: IV fluid/antibiotic therapies, strong medical/post-surgical assessment, heparin gtts., wounds/wound vacs, basic tele.Additional Details
Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to changeNO LOCAL CANDIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE)GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
