Phlebotomist/ Medical Assistant needed for busy Family Practice in North Edmond

Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.

ResponsibilitiesChecking in and rooming patients.Assisting with injections/immunizations.Obtaining and documenting vitals while preparing patient to be seen by physician.Assisting physician as needed with examinations, medication refills and triage patient calls with test results.Performing routine phlebotomy proceduresDraw blood and perform nose and throat swabsCollect samples and ensure all samples are properly labeledFiling reports and correspondence in charts.Enter patient information into EHR.Administrative duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and possible medical scribing if needed.Other duties as assigned.Requirements

2 years as a Medical Assistant preferredPhlebotomist experience preferredKnowledge of electronic medical records (Epic) a plusMust be reliableAble to multi-task in a fast paced environmentHigh School Graduate or equivalent required (GED)Competitive benefits offered to full time employees, spouses and eligible dependents!
