Job Description
Develop and implement quality control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.Oversee daily quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and measurement processes.Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and products to identify improvements and ensure compliance with specifications.Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Train and mentor quality control personnel on quality assurance procedures, product specifications, and measurement techniques.Collaborate with suppliers to define quality requirements, conduct supplier audits, and resolve quality-related issues.Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory standards and certifications.Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in quality control practices, incorporating best practices into the organization.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
