Solving whatever is thrown our way and translating it into simple solutions is at the core of 85SIXTY. We are looking for team members who fit that ethos. The Project Manager, Client Communication:

Regularly communicate with clients regarding project status, deliverables, and any new opportunities, providing training and recaps as needed. Ecommerce supports the planning and delivery of ecommerce customer initiatives. Responsibilities include client onboarding, requirement gathering, project planning, timeline and budget management, resource allocation, task assignments, and quality assurance. You will work independently with a cross-functional team to build and support clients' ecommerce businesses and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities: Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, understanding their business needs and managing expectations to ensure successful project delivery. Proposal Development Support:

Contribute to the development of client proposals and cost estimates (e.g. SOWs, agency fees and third-party costs). Onboarding and Integration:

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and PMO teams to smoothly onboard and integrate new clients into our systems, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Project Coordination:

Oversee and coordinate project teams, including in-house, remote, and contractors, to ensure timely completion of tasks and overall project success. Budget and Documentation:

Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and SOWs, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and meets required standards. Deliver in-depth reports on project performance and financial goals to internal and external stakeholders. Task Management:

Organize, plan, and move tasks through various development stages, ensuring requests are well-defined and effectively broken down with SMEs for execution. Client Communication:

Regularly communicate with clients regarding project status, deliverables, and any new opportunities, providing training and recaps as needed. Stakeholder Communication:

Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders (eg. PMO Leadership, Executive Sponsors) regarding project status, metrics, and any new opportunities, providing proactive planning and solutions as needed. Risk Management:

Proactively identify potential project risks and raise internal awareness to address problems early, ensuring smooth project progression. Team Collaboration:

Partner with Account Managers and Technical Leads to develop strong working relationships with clients. Collaborate with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high-quality projects. Continuous Improvement:

Conduct lessons learned reviews to optimize future project delivery and stay updated on PMO best practices through ongoing education and certifications. Desired Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. At least 3 years of project management experience managing budgets, timelines, and people, preferably in eCommerce at an agency or in a digital marketing environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Manage communication apprising status and issues to team members, management, and other project stakeholders. Experience with ecommerce customers leveraging Shopify and its app ecosystem. Familiarity with Agile-Scrum methodology is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Basecamp. Benefits:

$68,500 - $82,000

annually. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education, skills and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). 85SIXTY reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
