Associate Production Specialist

Job Description
The Associate Production Specialist provides standardized support to Operations field personnel, scheduling function and executes planning in a central location. The Associate Production Specialist will assist in ensuring work that is scheduled and dispatched to the field can be executed.
Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.
Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
Job Responsibilities
Dependency Management:
Ensure predecessor tasks are complete prior to releasing the work orderValidate that required materials are available in SAP and that material needs are communicated to the field workerAttach required information to work orders in SAPReview work orders and confirm required crewing can be achieved in coordination with Gas DispatchWork order date coordination:
Review available work orders and adjust work order dates to align with resource capacityAssess compliance work order due dates and adjust work order dates to ensure work order dates maintain complianceUnderstands the complexities of each piece of work and how it is completed in the fieldCustomer contact:
Review list of available and returned work orders and assess the need for customer contactContact customers via letter, email or phone to meet regulatory requirementsCoordinate and schedule appointments based on customer and resource availabilityWork order management:
Review list of available work ordersIdentify work orders that have dependent task or material needsRelease work orders to Dispatch for schedulingParticipates in emergency response efforts as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and appropriate experience3 years of experience in planning or utility operationsDemonstrated experience with data analyticsAbility to communicate effectively, orally and written, with a wide variety of individuals and groups internally and externallyDesired Qualifications
Knowledge of the Gas Operations business/departmentFamiliarity with SAP Plant MaintenanceDemonstrated organization, documentation and prioritization skillsProficiency in Microsoft SuiteDetailed oriented

The pay range for this position is $69,600.00 - $108,100.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
