Koddi is seeking a tech-savvy and inquisitive Technical Program Analyst to join our growing team. This hybrid role is designed for individuals passionate about leveraging technology, data, and strategic initiatives to drive the success of Koddi Ads programs. The ideal candidate is data-driven, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for providing world-class support. In this role you will be responsible for solving complex business and technical problems to help our partners tackle onsite monetization at scale.

2+ years of experience in a relevant roleBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Technical Science, Math, or equivalent work experienceAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologiesUnderstanding of advertising operations and campaign optimizationCapable of independently solving issues with limited oversightInquisitive, curious nature to uncover and understand program dynamics and trendsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-taskApproach challenges with empathy and a desire to learnDetail-oriented, data-driven, and organizedProficient in ExcelProficient in SQLExperience analyzing, modeling, and interpreting dataUnderstanding of relational databasesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLearning mindset and able to learn quicklyOrganized and detail-orientedAble to prioritize, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlinesStrong collaboration skills
