Position Description:

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in the coordination and management of tasks and schedules related to supporting the Voyager Space executive team in Washington DC.

Responsibilities:Calendar management. Manage and maintain executives' schedules. Coordinate and engage with key internal and external stakeholders.Marketing support and coordination, directed by the Chief Marketing Officer.Event planning and management, including scheduling, coordination, and support at key industry tradeshowsPrepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.Read and analyze incoming emails, memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including physical mail and email.File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements for executives.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.Attend meetings to record minutes.Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetings.Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.Support business initiatives such as internal systems and programs to increase operational efficiencyProvide executive support to various departments based out of the DC location.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline5 or more years of proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.International travel knowledge and experience required.In-depth understanding of MS Office suite.Consistent ability to organize a daily workload by priorities with high attention to detail.Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.Professional level verbal and written communications skills.Preferences:

Experience in the aerospace industryMarketing experienceExperience in project management tools, such as Asana

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000/year
