Line Operator

**Job Title: Line Operator****Job Description**The Line Operator will ensure Safe Quality Food (SQF) food safety and quality by maintaining standards from Filler through Palletizer. Responsibilities include keeping the area clean and sanitary, assisting with changeovers, performing minor equipment maintenance, monitoring cases and carton codes, and conducting quality checks. The Operator will report to the Team Leader and must keep the work area safe, maintain peak line efficiency, and understand weight control.**Hard Skills**+ Ability to follow GMPs for producing quality products+ Understanding of production schedules+ Knowledge of OSHA and Plant safety rules+ Capability to perform minor changeovers+ Experience with powered pallet jacks+ Data entry skills+ Basic math computation+ Understanding of weights and measurements**Soft Skills**+ Strong communication skills+ Teamwork and collaboration+ Ability to work in a climate-controlled area (40 degrees)+ Capacity to work at elevated levels+ Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds**Job Type**This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Weekly.**Work Environment**Climate-controlled area (40 degrees)**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
