Clinic Operations Manager- Mesa

Position Overview:As a Clinical Operations Manager at Ally Pediatric Therapy, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient delivery of clinical services. You will work closely with the clinical leadership team to oversee the day-to-day activities of the clinic, manage staff, and ensure high-quality care for our clients. This position requires a strong background in clinical operations management and excellent leadership and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards3. Manage and mentor a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure performance goals are met4. Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and overall patient experience5. Monitor quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives as needed6. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and community organizations7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical operations management8. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of organizational goals and objectivesRequirements- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (or related experience)- Experience in Operation/Business management, or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Effective written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including strong fluency with ExcelBenefitsLocal Clinical Leadership Team.
