Please note that the candidate must reside within this territory.This role is suitable for both experienced and entry-level candidates, providing an opportunity to investigate and evaluate multi-line insurance claims through personal contact to ensure fair settlements.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Conducting thorough claim investigations.Interviewing insured individuals, claimants, and witnesses.Reviewing police and hospital records.Assessing claim details and policy coverage.Inspecting property and auto damages; drafting repair estimates.Preparing comprehensive reports of findings and securing settlements.Utilizing claims-handling software, a company vehicle, and mobile apps in a paperless environment.Providing exceptional and professional customer service.Once eligible, becoming a certified and active Arbitration Panelist.Entry-Level Qualifications:Availability during regular business hours and strong communication.A genuine interest in learning about the insurance sector and delivering excellent customer service.Ability to work independently.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills.Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, organization, and prioritization.Timely follow-up with others.A valid driver's license.Education and Experience Requirements:A bachelor's degree.AINS, AIC, or CPCU designations are preferred.Benefits Include:A company vehicle.Company stock options, including Restricted Share Units and incentive-based options.Paid time off (PTO).401K with a 6% company match.Experienced Claims Adjuster Qualifications:Salary:
The annual pay range for this position is $62,000 to $90,000, based on qualifications.Multi-line claims experience is preferred.Ability to thoroughly assess auto, property, and bodily injury damages.Capacity to work independently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills.Timely follow-up with others.A valid driver's license.Experience Requirements:At least one year of claims handling experience.AINS, AIC, or CPCU designations preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.Your commitment to service excellence and best practices will be greatly valued.
