Information Operations/Information Warfare Program Analyst
to provide support to Tactical Training Group, Atlantic (TTGL) in Virginia Beach, VA. The individual in this role will assist in the development of synthetic exercise scenarios, academic curricula, and individual training syllabi in support of Fleet training objectives. You will also assist in the development and delivery of expert academic instruction.The ideal candidate is a TS/SCI cleared individual with IO/IW/EMW expertise and at least 3 years' experience at the senior trainer/evaluator level on Strike Group (SG) or Numbered Fleet Commander (NFC) staff. Additionally, he/she will have experience with and knowledge of major combat mission areas (IAMD, SUW, ASW, STW, etc.). JSAF operator experience (at least 2 years) is desired. A candidate in possession of an Information Warfare Designator (INTEL, Information Professional, Cryptology) is highly desired.This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. 3 years of experience at the senior trainer/evaluator level on a SG or NFC staff or equivalent DoD staff involving command and staff level planning2 years of experience as a JSAF operator.Experience with Counter Targeting (CTTG), Anti-Ship Missile Defense (ASMD), Integrated Fires, Military Deception (MILDEC), and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT).Experience with and knowledge of major combat mission areas (IAMD, SUW, ASW, STW, etc.).Knowledge of, and familiarization with Cyber warfare principles, doctrine, and TTPsInformation Warfare Designator experience (e.g., INTEL, Info Professional, Cryptology) is highly desired.Minimum of 8 years of experience in the following:Subject matter expert for respective task requirements (e.g., Academics, Warfare Area(s), Program or Policy support).Navy and or Defense training operations, policy, doctrine, systems, and staff procedures.Managing and prioritizing large, complex projects involving numerous stakeholders.Team and or project leader.Leading working groups and cross functional teams.Leveraging best practices and handling multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables.Engaging Senior Staff at the Flag Officer/Director/Manager level.Conducting fleet training analysis/assessment to identify gaps, training needs, and solutions.Personnel Clearance Level:Candidate must possess an active, DoD issued Top Secret security clearance or higher. A TS/SCI clearance is required for this position.A clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.Education Requirements:A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Equivalent experience to a Bachelor's degree is two additional years of Resource Band experience.Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):Support Tasks:(a) Develop recommendations for integration of planning tools, shipboard systems, and technology to support team training for C4I, and operational issues relevant to assigned warfare area.(b) Support execution of warfare exercises and provide white cell control functions during synthetic exercise events.(c) Coordinate with NFCs, TYCOMs and other training commands (CSG4, TTGP, EWTGL) on matters relating to assigned area of warfare training in order to develop synthetic training scenarios, academic curricula and individual training syllabi in support of Fleet training objectives.(d) Assist in the development of synthetic exercise scenarios, to include war-game design and build, as well as producing supporting documents to include manning documents, messages and orders, including, but not limited to, OPORDs, exercise directives, MSEL, and exercise game books.(e) Review warfare doctrine, TTP and best practices to ensure de-confliction between Naval and Joint or Coalition organizations.(f) Provide expertise as lead analyst to support identification, development and validation of requirements for assigned area of warfare operations.(g) Provide recommendations for the training of warfare command elements, CSG, ARG, and ID for deployment certifications.(h) Coordinate the development of training requirements and support for CSGs, ARGs, ESGs and associated warfare commanders, staffs and units as integrated into fleet training programs.(i) Provide and assist government representatives with training and briefing tactical-level principles, doctrine, and TTPs as part of training CSG, ESG, and ARG Staffs.(j) Assist in the development and delivery of expert academic instruction.(k) Support government representatives with providing in-depth instruction and assistance with the conduct of full training assessments of CSGs, ARGs, and IDs unit performance in Information Operations (IO), Information Warfare (IW) and Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EMW) at the tactical to operational level of war.(l) Provide operational and tactical level experience in IO/IW/EMW to include staff planning and requirements experience, and provide continuity in IO, IW, and EMW growth areas.(m) Provide IO/IW/EMW support and expertise to other major combat mission areas (IAMD, SUW, ASW, STW, etc.).Salary Range : $80,000 - $110,000 annually.Benefits
