Pre-Litigation Case Manager

As a pre-litigation case manager at Dordick Law, you'll be working with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners. Duties include: Handling pre-litigation files from intake to the filing of the complaint Client onboarding and ongoing quality client contact Property damage/loss of use Sending rep letters, letters of preservation, and other client documentation Drafting demand letters Qualities needed: Spanish fluency - speaking, reading and writing Minimum 3 years PLAINTIFF personal injury pre-litigation experience Knowledge of the injury claim process with insurance companies Knowledge of basic medical terminology with regard to PI injuries Careful attention to detail Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
