page to learn more about Tapestry's commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity.Brand Trainer – West CoastPrimary Purpose:Plan, implement, and deliver a structured learning and development program for Stuart Weitzman wholesale partners within your region. You will be responsible for driving and understanding sales goals by partners and by door, as well as building relationships with all managers & associates within the region across all accounts.Your exposure to our customer is imperative to gain insights on best/worst sellers, product feedback, inventory and assortment opportunities, and reporting that info and competitive performance to the Domestic Training Manager & Wholesale Team. You will need to work independently while leveraging best practices and sharing successes and challenges. You will maintain a strong visual presentation of products across all Wholesale stores in your market ensuring product is presented with integrity both on the sales floor and in the stockrooms.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure all Wholesale partners are exceeding sales goals.Weekly or Bi-weekly recaps of market:Sharing best/worst sellers, product feedback, inventory and assortment opportunities and competitive performance.Reorder opportunities in each door weekly, based on visits.Create, conduct and distribute product knowledge specifically geared to select wholesale partners in the west coast territory (Washington to Arizona).Create, facilitate, track and manage selling contests in the territory.Skills and Abilities Required:Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with sales associates, managers and clients in different wholesale markets.Self-motivated, proactive, dedicated, and results-oriented with a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.A solutions-focused mentality with a growth mindset.Adaptability and openness to change.Ability to travel more than 70% within designated market, being in a home office ~1 day a week and in stores 4+ days a week.Education and Experience:3+ years direct sales experience with a proven track record of success in performance-based sales roles.Our Competencies for All EmployeesCourage : Doesn’t hold back anything that needs to be said; provides current, direct, complete, and “actionable” positive and corrective feedback to others; lets people know where they stand; faces up to people problems on any person or situation (not including direct reports) quickly and directly; is not afraid to take negative action when necessary.Creativity : Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas; easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions; tends to be seen as original and value-added in brainstorming settings.Customer Focus:
