GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for defining and executing a multi-year product strategy for two of MillerKnoll's digital properties under the direction of the Portfolio Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Defines product features and requirements and leads the implementation of new digital products and/or digital product updates.
Ensures that all necessary user acceptance, performance, and post production testing is conducted and documented according to MillerKnoll testing guidelines.
Evaluates and communicates performance of one or more digital properties.
Leads cross-functional project teams to implement and maintain product features.
Manages third party vendors in support of a digital property.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Utilizes analytics and customer research to measure product effectiveness and to direct future product development.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree Preferred.
6-7 years of digital product management or related digital experience.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of web analytics.
Experience with SEO and Content/Asset Management.
Experience managing 3rd party vendors.
Familiarity with Web Design.
Experience in requirements analysis and definition.
Experience in project management, PMP preferred.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software and tools currently used in the HMI office environment.
Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
