Job Summary

As Head of Sales and Revenue, you will lead sales, customer success, and technical support teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction by driving acquisition, retention, and growth. This role requires 10+ years of B2B/SaaS sales leadership, with a focus on scaling teams, optimizing processes, and fostering strategic client relationships.

As Head of Sales and Revenue, you will be responsible for overseeing and integrating sales, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure that the Porch Inspection business unit revenue targets are achieved, and customer satisfaction remains high. This role will lead the charge in optimizing the revenue lifecycle from customer acquisition to retention and growth, ensuring seamless coordination between teams to maximize value delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition, increase retention, and reduce churn, while providing top-notch technical support that enhances the customer experience.

What You Will Do As A Head of Sales and Revenue, Porch Inspection:

Recruit, manage and motivate experienced sales talent; provide direction, develop and oversee the Porch Inspection sales team

Establishes sales strategy and initiatives to maximize profit; plans and directs sale's policies, objectives and best practices

Supports the sales team in closing deals; has the ability to spot issues and proactively address them to ensure a successful sale on optimal terms

Identifies and develops appropriate individual sales plans to meet revenue goals; responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of services

Establishes own targets and sales goals with input from company leadership

Manages all aspects of the sales function including the sales development, customer success, account management and strategic partnerships

Works closely with Marketing and business leadership to ensure strategic alignment and effective sales support to the marketing team

Serve as the executive leader, fostering and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients and prospects

Creates revenue forecasts and sales budgets; systematically tracks and reports on the forecasts and budgets

Refines and/or creates new systems, processes, and infrastructure to support the sales strategy and enable the sales team to deliver results

Builds a sales culture that supports Porch’s core values

What You Will Bring As A Head of Sales and Revenue, Porch Inspection:

12+ years of experience leading sales teams in a B2B / SaaS software business

Hired / scaled SaaS sales organizations including account executives, sales development, customer success and strategic partnerships

Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performance operations teams that help drive business outcomes. Experience developing high impact strategies to improve effectiveness and drive key metrics

Highly analytical and data-driven, with proven ability to use a deep understanding of business metrics to drive outcomes

Process-oriented, with the ability to simplify, automate, and improve team effectiveness through process improvements

Prior experience in both high-velocity SMB businesses and enterprise environments a strong plus

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*: $157,500.00 - $220,000.00 annually

Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets,

job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.

Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.

You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
