Renowned for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are poised for substantial growth and are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help accelerate their success in the Los Angeles market.Key Responsibilities:Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the construction software sector.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.Build and maintain strong relationships with construction firms, contractors, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions.Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s SaaS offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful software implementation.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast reports using CRM software.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
