Network Field Operations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or equivalent required, 2-year associates degree in telecommunications or equivalent field preferred.Minimum of 6 years’ experience installing and maintaining fiber optics and/or telecommunications equipment in the telecom industry required.Minimum 2 years’ experience managing personnel resources preferred.Experience with OSI Layer 1, Nokia IP networks, and/or 4G/5G wireless network topology required.Experience with OSI Layer 2 and MPLS architecture preferred.Experience with Nokia Netact and Nokia NSP element management platforms preferred.Experience with GPON networks and Adtran TA5000/5004 preferred.Must be able to demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally on technical projects and complex problems.Strong oral and written communication skills required and must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
