Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop and maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets.Perform data extraction and manipulation using SQL and Excel.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validation.Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Support the Senior Data Analytics Manager with ad-hoc analysis and projects.Utilize Snowflake for data warehousing and management.Maintain version control of scripts and queries using GitHub.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.Familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake.Knowledge of version control systems, particularly GitHub.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education:
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of professional experience as a data analyst.Desired Skills, Knowledge & Experience:Strong SQL required.Snowflake or similar data warehousing platforms such as Big Query, and Redshift.Foundational analytics skills.Requirements gathering.Knowledge of data modeling concepts desired.Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI desired.Knowledge of the music industry is a plus.Where you’ll be:
This role will be based out of our Brooklyn, NY headquarters. TuneCore operates on an in-office and remote hybrid model giving our teams flexibility and choice of how they work. This role will have the option to work predominantly remotely and work from the office 7 days per month on a flexible schedule organized at the department level.Other Duties
