TSC is seeking an experienced

Production Transition and Support Manager

based in

Huntsville, AL

to join our team in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The candidate will provide direct support for the production organization that includes product transition, new product introduction and production support for all processes. The candidate will manage multiple teams of various disciplines both engineering and operations to provide complete support for production while providing a path for development programs into the production workflow. TSC Products include RF sensors, radars, and seekers. All products contain electronic assemblies. Responsibilities: Oversee the transition of products and systems from development to production, and from the development team to the production team Create transition plans and schedules to meet production and customer needs for a product Work with stakeholders to meet objectivesthrough various meetings and status reports to ensure products move into production Oversee production support to prevent production down time due to assembly or test issues Develop response teams for each product line to provide clear lines of responsibility Provide production debug and root cause analysis support Manage the support team made up of test engineering, manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and NPI engineering Coordinate with the quality team to support transition efforts, root cause analysis, and process updates Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of industry experience to include new product introduction and product transition US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance Prior supervisory experience Experience with production support roles of manufacturing engineering, test engineering, and etc. Preferred Qualifications Expertise in manufacturing technologies, machinery, and production processes Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols Strong understanding of business operations, program management tasks, and cross-functional workflows Skilled in optimizing workflows for greater efficiency Experience in electronics, specifically in aerospace/defense Proficient in managing schedules, deliverables, and serving as a transition focal point Highly organized with attention to detail; strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new roles within a growing team TSC Benefits:
