Manager, Pricing and Revenue Management (JetBlue Travel Products) (FLIC)Position SummaryThe Manager, Pricing and Revenue Managementfor JetBlue Travel Products (JTP) is responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple business lines, including JetBlue Vacation package deals, ancillaries, Paisly, car rentals and travel insurance. This role requires a strategic and analytical leader who will develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies, optimize product availability and inventory, and proactively manage revenue goals. Working closely with the JTP Executive and Commercial team, the Revenue Management and Pricing Manager will maximize revenue opportunities through rigorous attention to pricing, and will possess the ability to pivot quickly in response to market changes and the pursuit of impactful initiatives that meet or exceed revenue targets.Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own revenue management strategies for JetBlue Vacations, Paisly, car rentals and travel insurance products, with a focus on exceeding commission revenue goals through data-driven insights, innovative pricing models, and responsive inventory management.Drive strategic initiatives to optimize pricing, availability, and inventory for all JTP offerings, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives and the flexibility to quickly adapt to market conditions.Design and conduct controlled fare and pricing tests to understand customer price sensitivity and optimize pricing strategies. Continuously seek ways to improve revenue management tools and practices.Analyze customer data and market trends using sophisticated querying and analytical techniques. Translate insights into actionable pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue impact across all product lines.Conduct competitive analysis on bundled packages (e.g., flights + hotels, flights + cruises) and stand-alone products to ensure offerings remain competitive and profitable within the market.Communicate complex revenue trends and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, supporting data-informed decision-making and alignment with company goals.Serve as a key revenue advisor to cross-functional teams, including JTP Commercial and Marketing teams including Airways Network Planning and Loyalty teams, providing insights and strategic direction to maximize revenue across various products and partnerships.Collaborate with Marketing on customer-facing pricing strategies and promotional initiatives, using markups and availability adjustments to enhance sales and drive demand.Perform ongoing market and web performance analysis for JTP offerings, using insights to inform product development, partnership strategies, and merchandising decisions that support revenue goals.Lead monthly alignment sessions with stakeholders to review progress on revenue goals, share insights on market performance, and foster a data-driven, agile approach to revenue management.Mentor and guide team members to embrace innovative, data-driven strategies and support a culture of continuous improvement in revenue performance.Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement.Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience.Five (5) years of analytical quantitative experience.At least two (2) years in a manager role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as quantitative critical thinking skills.Demonstrate analytical reasoning with the ability to tackle complex problems.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word.Knowledge of Google suite products.Ability to work cross-functionally, collaboratively and under pressure.Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).Must pass a ten (10) year background check.Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Experience and QualificationsMaster's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or a related field.Five (5) years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, business strategy or a similar analytical field.Strong financial and analytical background with the ability to develop complex models and profitable strategies.Three (3) years of revenue management experience and analytical tools.Experience in the travel and tourism industry.Proficiency in SQL and other database tools.

Crewmember ExpectationsRegular attendance and punctuality.Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.Able to maintain a professional appearance.When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun.
