Position and Responsibilities Overview
Partner directly with HR Business Partner team and Operational Leaders to align talent and business needs through enterprise strategies and resources.
Execute and enhance the company’s annual performance management cycle including goal setting, progress check-ins, and leadership talent reviews.
Lead the strategy, process and execution of annual Employee Engagement Survey, and provide support to HR business partners assisting with this initiative.
Support BU succession planning, including functional competency frameworks and career path tools to enable leaders in their talent development efforts and employee ownership of their career growth.
Develop and administer robust onboarding program to increase new hire effectiveness.
Conduct internal consulting with senior leadership team and HR leaders to analyze and assist with change management, team and organizational development needs.
Measure effectiveness of talent programs/initiatives and use data driven expertise to provide solutions to the business.
Establish and communicate action plans, target dates for deliverables, and ensure smooth running of project timelines.
Support large-scale change initiatives including leadership competency development and talent system implementation to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead project teams in change readiness, communication, leadership commitment and training activities to support complex projects.
Assess existing talent management systems and made recommendations for improvement.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
5+ years related experience, preferably in a medium-large company or consultancy.
Educational development training certifications, or relevant HR, L&D, OD or Coaching certifications are a plus
Previous experience managing organizational learning and/or performance management systems.
Previous experience administering behavioral assessments preferred.
Ability to design, develop and facilitate training programs.
