The employee works within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent judgment to select proper courses of action. Activities include identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling technology centric projects to achieve specific business objectives. This role does not supervise but coordinates the activities of other colleagues and external contributors. Ideally we would prefer this person to be located near our Amesbury, MA location but we are open to this person being remote based as well.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors in work that will lead to the execution of projects that support business objectives.Perform project discovery as necessary.Develop project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and work assignments to meet project deliverables.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.Manage relationships with all stakeholders.Perform risk management to minimize project risks escalating impediments as needed.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as required.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Requirements & SkillsBS in computer science, engineering or technical degree with relevant working experience.Proven experience with a minimum of 3-5 years working as a project administrator or manager with a focus on information technology centric projects.Solid technical background with understanding IT concepts including IT administration, networking, SDLC, cloud computing etc.Excellent client-facing and written communication skills.Highly organized with attention to detail.Must be comfortable managing through ambiguity.PMP / PRINCE II / Agile certifications are a plus.Occasional Domestic/International travel.Equal Opportunity Employer:
