Job Title: Traffic (Logistics) Coordinator

The Traffic Coordinator works with various departments (e.g., Sales, Order Management and Warehouse) and individuals within the company to ensure the customer (retailer) shipping guidelines are followed and, the product is shipped in a timely manner.

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

Monitor, process, and ensure that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner

Ship as per customer's routing instructions, route, and troubleshoot problems to make sure shipping remains on schedule

Responsible for scheduling pick-ups and printing of Bill of Lading using Oracle Application for carrier loads

Maintain all the paperwork and records of each shipment sent

Request LTL/ FTL freight shipping quotes from carriers

Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

Minimum three years of relevant logistics experience

Experience with shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, etc.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Working knowledge of Oracle highly desired

Good organizational and time management skills

Multitasking skills: ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple activities at the same time

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
