Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our flagship product, CyberSense, in the market to drive adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to develop and execute marketing strategies that highlight the unique value of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies for CyberSense that align with business goals and drive product adoption.
Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and market landscape.
Product Positioning:
Create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates CyberSense in the market.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Plan and execute product launches, including the development of sales tools, collateral, and training materials – for CyberSense and potential roadmap items.
Content Creation:
Develop targeted marketing content, including presentations, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blog posts, to support marketing campaigns.
Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with the sales, sales engineers, and partner teams to enhance their ability to sell CyberSense effectively.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and drive product innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the data protection, cybersecurity or enterprise software industry.
Strong technical background with an understanding of data protection, cyber recovery solutions, and data management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
