Why This JobCMC's Tensar Division is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to cover Upper Midwest territory (MN, WI, MI Upper Peninsula) in building new and maintaining existing relationships with key accounts. You'll be responsible for successfully implementing bid strategies while educating and providing technical support to engineers, owners, DOT agencies, and consultants to solve earthwork construction problemsWhat You'll Do
Assist and support the qualification of Tensar proprietary systems by successfully implementing bid strategies to close business
Act as a liaison between Tensar' s engineering department and the client to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and execute a business development plan focused on transportation, private development, commercial projects and civil construction
Generate monthly reports to the Area Director to track key projects in each sector and forecast sales for manufacturing
Train, educate, and provide technical support to distributors and provide job site assistance as required
What You'll NeedMinimum 2 years work experience in the construction industry
Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred with knowledge of construction related products a plus
Ability to travel regionally between 25% - 50% of the time
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and a self-starter
Exceptional organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills
Your EducationBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
