Job Description
The ES Finance function is currently seeking an entry-level Financial Analyst I - Tax to join their team in Nashua, NH.
This role will have the following responsibilities:
Prepares the company's federal, state, and local tax returns by examining accounts and records and computing tax returns according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations.Audits financial records to determine tax liability.Prepares claims for tax refunds, maintains tax records, prepares routine and special tax reports, and advises management regarding business, internal programs, and activities as they relate to tax matters. Communicates with governmental taxing authorities.
This role will initially require an in-office presence at our office in Nashua, NH . As the successful candidate comes up to speed and demonstrates their capability and independence in this role, the
work type will switch to full-time remote . To be considered for this position,
candidates must currently reside within a commutable distance of Nashua, NH .
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or related, and 2 years professional experienceStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including driving an issue to resolutionStrong interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with diverse work teamsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly
intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel .Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with
multi-state Sales and Use TaxMicrosoft Excel experience - VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, SUMIF, PivotTables, MacrosExperience with
Power BI
or similar tools
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $53680 - $91300
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
