You’ll be:Developing and implementing relevant training programs for US Commercial field employees and affiliated programs as needed.Executing training on communication, analytics, and peer leadership skills, as well as ongoing learning sustainment programs.Collaborating with internal customers including Compliance/Legal to ensure training materials and workshops are current, effective, and compliant with regulatory guidelines.Developing and managing project timelines and action plans with cross-functional partners.Interfacing with internal training teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.Managing vendor deliverables and timelines.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a BS or BA Degree.Have 5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development.Are proficient in applications including Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and TEAMS, particularly as used in developing instructional content and tracking classes, calendars, rosters, and project timelines.Can effectively communicate in visual, oral, and written presentation forms.Possess strong interpersonal communication, facilitation, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.Preferred Experience:What happens next?Once you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
