Job DescriptionServiceNow is looking for a visionary Chief of Staff to join the Enterprise and Field Marketing team, serving as a strategic and thought partner to the Global Senior Vice President of Enterprise and Field Marketing.

This org shapes the strategy for our global field teams, campaigns, executive, ABM, customer success and partner marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and a proven ability to articulate marketing strategies that drive engagement and alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver compelling business narratives that highlight the strategic impact and value of marketing initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Utilize storytelling techniques to enhance presentations, reports, and communications, ensuring clarity and resonance with diverse audiences.

Articulate the value of marketing efforts in driving business outcomes, ensuring that the marketing team's contributions are clearly understood and appreciated across the organization.

Develop frameworks to effectively communicate marketing successes and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Lead change management initiatives that promote the adoption and integration of new marketing strategies and technologies.

Foster a culture of agility and adaptability within the marketing team, guiding them through transitions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with overall business goals.

Drive strategic discussions that integrate marketing insights into broader business strategies.

Mentor and develop a high-performing team, instilling a strong focus on storytelling and effective communication within the marketing function.

Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

Communicate operational updates and strategies in a compelling manner that engages and informs stakeholders.

Advocate for the adoption of new marketing technologies and tools that enhance storytelling capabilities and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

12+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on storytelling, change management, and strategic communication.

Proven track record of successfully driving marketing initiatives that demonstrate measurable business impact.

Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong change management skills, with experience leading teams through transitions.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in developing and communicating marketing strategies that drive business value.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
