Nasuni is hiring a Vice President of Sales for our Western Enterprise region. This is a unique opportunity to lead our high-performing Enterprise Sales team and drive growth for our groundbreaking Cloud File Data Services platform. With a recent strategic investment from Vista Equity Partners, we are positioned for exponential growth. Nasuni's VP of Sales is a first-line (1st-Line) Sales Leader role with 10 direct Sales reports. This role is a great fit for a Director of Sales or Associate VP, who has exceeded all sales goals, and is looking to move up to lead a larger West Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Inspire:

Guide a team of Enterprise and Regional Sales Hunters for Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure, offering mentorship and support to help them exceed targets and win more net-new business.

Performance Excellence:

Set clear performance expectations and provide the resources, training, and tools necessary to exceed Sales Quota goals.

Foster a High-Performance Culture:

Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

Coaching and Development:

Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to provide feedback, tackle challenges, help close deals, build pipeline, and uncover growth opportunities.

Strategic Alignment:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success—to align sales strategies and enhance overall business success.

Market Penetration:

Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to build new markets, drive customer acquisition, and boost market share in Cloud Infrastructure.

Channel and Partner co-selling:

Leverage established relationships with our Value-Added-Reseller partners.

Strategic Alliance Marketplaces:

Build strategic relationships with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud to accelerate new client migration to Hybrid Cloud.

Sales Excellence:

Monitor sales performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans to meet and exceed targets.

Hands-On Engagement:

Be a player-coach who actively participates in deals, guiding Regional Sales Managers through the closing process.

Hiring and Promotion:

Build solid relationships with high-performing Sales Reps in the Western States to attract them to your new team as you expand the territory.

What We're Looking For:

Cloud Infrastructure:

7+ Years in Sales, SaaS, and Cloud Infrastructure.

Sales Leadership Experience:

A proven track record of your own Cloud Infrastructure Sales success, plus leading high-performing sales teams for at least 2 years.

Ambitious and Driven:

A self-starter with a high sense of urgency who thrives in fast-paced companies disrupting legacy industries.

Cloud Data Infrastructure and SaaS Expertise:

Demonstrated success in the Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS space.

Inspiring Leadership:

Ability to motivate and empower your team while providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Strategic Thinker:

Strong problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented focus.

Sales Methodology Mastery:

Expertise in MEDDPICC, with the ability to coach your team effectively.
