to provide legal assistance to Silicon Valley Power (SVP) on various issues, including assistance with SVP’s expanding electric system.The ideal candidate will have experience in utilities and/or public works and prevailing wage issues, professional service agreements, real estate issues, land use (including CEQA), or municipal fees and rates. While direct experience in these areas is preferred, individuals with a solid foundation in municipal law who demonstrate an interest and willingness to immerse themselves in these practice areas will also be strongly considered. Successful candidates will possess a JD degree and maintain an active membership in the State Bar of California with significant research experience. Municipal law experience or as a law clerk in a municipal law office is desirable.The salary range goes up to $172,411.56 DOQE and is supplemented by attractive benefits. Closes:
