BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company in the healthcare industry, looking for a talented Director of Human Resources to join our team!
In this highly impactful role, you will drive HR strategy and operations, aligning our people processes with our growth objectives. As a key member of the Internal Ops team, you will support a positive, inclusive company culture and develop HR policies and programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will also lead initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, and talent development while ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Your deep experience in HR leadership, combined with your ability to lead organizational change, will be critical in shaping our people strategy and driving company-wide impact.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of systematic HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s mission, values, and growth goals.
Oversee talent acquisition efforts to attract top-tier talent while maintaining the appropriate number of A-players at any given time.
Implement and maintain a simple yet effective performance management system to drive employee growth and accountability, including providing near real-time feedback.
Develop and execute programs to increase employee engagement and satisfaction, leading to a high-performance culture.
Handle challenging and complex employee situations and provide recommendations to CEO, while leveraging legal counsel and following company values.
Partner with senior leadership to identify and address key organizational needs, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Ensure the company's compensation, benefits, and recognition programs are competitive and align with business goals and core values.
Champion and foster a positive company culture that reflects the values of our organization.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and oversee risk management in HR-related legal and compliance matters.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the entire organization.
Ensure that every position has the right scorecard and KPIs, working with the Leadership Team.
Skill Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to lead with strategic vision and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Deep experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and employees at all levels.
Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategy.
Demonstrated ability to implement and manage scalable HR systems and processes.
Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing employee engagement programs and fostering positive organizational cultures.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in SaaS, healthcare, or technology industries, and familiarity with remote and hybrid work environments.
Other Requirements
Ability to work 100% remote.
Ability to travel for internal company summits (twice annually).
