Provide legal advice to business clients on employment-related mattersAssist with research, drafting briefs, preparing pleadings, and developing employment policiesInvestigate complaints and prepare responses to chargesCounsel clients on regulatory compliance, including Title IX, FERPA, and VAWA-related mattersConduct training on topics such as sexual harassment, misconduct investigations, and workplace policiesWork collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive client serviceRequirements
4 to 6 years of experience in employment law, including both advisory and litigation rolesStrong background in legal research, brief writing, and preparation of pleadingsExperience with investigating complaints and drafting policy responsesClient-focused approach with excellent service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsEducation
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications
Active license to practice law in MinnesotaSkills
