We take an experience-centered approach which uses human insights to take ideas from vision to outcome and build end-to-end experience-led solutions that enable brands to transform their customer and employee experiences using design, marketing, and commerce capabilities.ResponsibilitiesLead technical initiatives, setting standards and ensuring quality across the development lifecycle.Conduct code reviews, assist in problem-solving, and ensure code meets acceptance criteria.Mentor team members, providing guidance on both technical skills and project alignment.Coordinate closely with the Engineering Manager on architectural decisions and design reviews.Facilitate sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives to align with project goals.QualificationsStrong experience with Angular (version 12+), Java Spring Boot, and relational databases.Familiarity with AKS or similar container orchestration platforms.Knowledge of CI/CD tools like CircleCI, Docker, GitHub, and JFrog for streamlined deployment.Agile framework and Rally for sprint management.Debugging and performance optimization techniques.Familiarity with Cypress for end-to-end testing and Rally for story tracking.AWS Certified Developer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Applications will be accepted until 11/22/2024.The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 to $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer:
