You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications.Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliability, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Above all, we judge success by the success of our team and the happiness of our customers.Location: Raleigh, NCResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable and secure solutions using DocuSign technologies to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of DocuSign API with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality.Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on DocuSign-related projects.Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze requirements for DocuSign implementations.Develop and maintain documentation for DocuSign solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all DocuSign implementations.Conduct regular reviews and audits of DocuSign configurations to identify and address potential issues.Lead fixing efforts to resolve any technical issues related to DocuSign solutions.Mentor and train team members on DocuSign technologies and standard methodologies.Stay updated with the latest developments in DocuSign technologies and incorporate them into solutions.Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of DocuSign-related projects.Provide input on strategic planning and decision-making related to DocuSign technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies related to DocuSign implementations.QualificationsPossess extensive experience with DocuSign API and DocuSign Admin.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues.Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and team members.Show proficiency in creating and maintaining user documentation.Have a proven understanding of industry standards and best practices in DocuSign implementations.Display the ability to mentor and train team members on DocuSign technologies.Certifications RequiredDocuSign Certified AdministratorDocuSign Certified DeveloperWhy Choose Cognizant?Cognizant is recognized as a Military Friendly Employer and is a coalition member of the Veteran Jobs Mission.
