Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive.The Apple Store Online Digital Experience & Expansion team is seeking a dynamic and experienced WW Vision and Spatial Computing Experience Strategist to lead some of Apple Retail’s most significant growth initiatives, overseeing end-to-end planning of potential new and exciting experience opportunities, including assessing long-term external market trends, customer insights, and emerging technology. This role will also involve identifying, exploring, and pursuing new business opportunities across new and emerging technologies, in addition to leading our Apple Vision Pro experience on apple.com and the Apple Store App.DescriptionThe ideal candidate will set a clear business retail strategy across vision and spatial computing to deliver significant commercial and customer value for the organization. They will be adept at simplifying the complex, collaborating across a highly matrixed organization, and will possess strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, form hypotheses, and synthesize recommendations. They will be great storytellers, comfortable addressing senior executives, and capable of influencing while collaborating with key partners and cross-functional teams.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Help define future shopping experiences by identifying new opportunities for Vision and Spatial.Provide feedback on new solutions and designs in large cross-functional forums with a deep focus on customer experience and business priorities.Work cross-functionally across Marcom, Engineering, VPG, Human Interface, Product Marketing, and other teams to build a multi-year strategy and roadmap.Conduct long-term research around new and emerging retail trends to inform potential new experiences.Develop strong cross-functional relationships and confidently communicate tailored updates and narratives to senior leadership.Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned.Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in strategy or customer experience function.Exceptional verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including proficiency in Keynote (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint).Excel and financial modeling skills for complex, data-driven analysis.Preferred QualificationsBackground in Vision, spatial computing, or augmented reality digital experiences.Proactive self-starter with an outstanding ability to identify opportunities, simplify complex initiatives into streamlined customer experiences, and work through ambiguity to define clarity.Development or management of impactful business plans that successfully drive growth or address clear long-term objectives.Fosters relationships and builds bridges across teams, leading through influence and flexibly adapting to feedback.Ability to simultaneously operate strategically and tactically, sweating the details while not losing sight of the big picture.Education & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
