Director of Integration Operations
plays a central role across the Ice Cream Company Customer Development & entire go-to-market organizations and is a member of the CDLT.There are five focus areas in this organization:Analytics, Automation and AI for CD, and the broader GTM organizationRetail ExecutionIndustry RelationsTraining and DevelopmentCD OperationsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Customer Development leadership team prepares for accelerated growth in 2025 and beyond, the Head of Integrated Operations will build and then lead a function that sits at the center of the Ice Cream CD organization, accountable for:Develop reporting, analytics, and automation for the CD organization, inclusive of promo evaluation and pog automation. Will lead all AI utilization with CD.Select, develop and deploy a retail organization that accelerates growth and provides a strong ROI.Leads preparation and execution of the Ice Cream Companies engagements at FMI and NFRA.Develops and deploys world-class training programs, that support the CD strategy.Develops, deploys, and measures CD policies and procedures.Leads CD efforts in ERP and other establishment activities.Success Factors:
