Experience & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
3+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of SMB sales processes and methodologies.
Proven ability to build, lead, and grow successful sales teams.
Strong proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
A genuine passion for fostering an inclusive, winning team culture.
