Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Facilities Coordinator to join our Corporate Facilities team.The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing proper delivery of various facilities-related services to help maintain an optimal workplace environment for all staff.This position is based out of Epson America’s headquarters in Los Alamitos, California.What you will be doing:
Evaluates, analyzes, and processes facilities resource requests, and properly assigns and regulates all Facilities Help Desk responses using specified service levels. Escalates issues to Manager as problems arise.Coordinates and monitors vendor service provider activities based on KPIs to ensure optimal outcomes. Analyzes vendor data for opportunities for efficiencies and cost reductions.Proactively maintains space planning and utilization documents, records, plans, and workspace standards. Makes recommendations for improvement based on best practices.Plans and oversees internal/external moves, adds, and change processes within budget and with minimal disruption to business operations.Functions as the key support resource to users and occupants within the workplace ensuring service excellence and enhanced workplace experience.Helps plan, develops, and oversee various workplace experience programs, protocols, etiquette, employee events and amenities. Continuously evaluates and identifies innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize user and occupant experience.Develops, and maintains all contents of the Department intranet site and other internal communication channels.Performs administrative duties for the department including but not limited to maintaining of files, records, contracts, insurance, etc., and preparing of project proposals, timelines, and schedules.Processes accurately and consistently all department financial records according to company policy. Maintains various databases.Acts as a member of the Environmental & Sustainability and Safety Teams, and maintains Health and Safety Standards, monitors compliance. Maintains environmental management system/ISO 14001.Proactively develops and maintains strong relationships with all Epson staff, as well as outside vendors.Performs other related duties as assigned.What you will bring:
2-5 years’ specialist or administrative experience to perform tasks at an operational level.Ability to carry up to 20lbs.The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $43,051 and $56,486. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
