New York, New York, United StatesThe NFL has 165m fans outside the US, and continued international growth is one of the strategic priorities for the league to meet our ambition to become a global sports property.Distribution of NFL content across the globe is an integral part of this strategy to reach, engage and build international fandom and the popularity of the NFL. Game Pass International (GPI) is the league’s own direct-to-consumer media service delivered via our DAZN partnership and offers the full suite of NFL content including all live games throughout the season, Red Zone, NFL Network as well as the library of NFL Films programming. Game Pass International is available in nearly every country in the world and is therefore a key strategic asset for the league in growing and deepening fandom outside the US.We are looking for a talented individual to lead the Game Pass International in its next phase of growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic planning:

working alongside the Managing Director, International Media, set the overall international DTC strategy for the league and through our partners implement these strategies to drive subscriber growth, engagement and revenues.Fan experience:

identify the best product experience for international fans and work with our GPI partner and NFL product teams to deliver this via an agreed product roadmap.Marketing:

Work with the NFL marketing team to optimise marketing by our GPI partner, including fan segmentation, campaign creation and performance marketing. Work with local offices to create localised marketing campaigns to drive GPI subscribers and revenue, leveraging inventory from NFL O&O platforms and social handles or from media partners.P&L responsibility:

direct responsibility for managing and delivering the GPI subscriber and P&L targets.Partner management:

day-to-day partner management to ensure successful delivery of the GPI strategy and targets.Distribution:

support the business development team to secure wholesale distribution deals with pay TV operators, telcos and other media distributors.Reporting:

Partner with the NFL Data & Analytics team to provide robust reporting across GPI and any other D2C products and communicate regularly and broadly with Senior Leadership on performance of Game Pass International.Required Skills/AttributesA customer-centric leader with deep video streaming expertise, including UX/UI product design, project delivery and digital performance marketing.Strong understanding of the global media industry, consumer/market trends and digital business models.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the NFL’s media partners.A commercially astute, strategic thinker.Highly numerate with a strong grasp of data analytics.A team player with strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to deliver results and value in cross-functional / matrix operating environment across multiple time zones.Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with the ability to deliver against deadlines while simultaneously managing multiple projects.Excellent communicator (both verbal and written).Required Experience7+ years’ experience in either the sports or entertainment industries.4+ years running a direct-to-consumer streaming service or sports digital product.Hands on product management experience.Digital marketing expertise (incl.
