OneIMS Group is in search of a dedicated HubSpot Sales and Marketing Architect to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting comprehensive sales and marketing strategies utilizing the HubSpot platform. You will analyze clients' business requirements and work to create customized solutions that drive results. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of HubSpot and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with clients effectively to meet their goals.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HubSpot-based sales and marketing strategies for clients.Conduct assessments to identify client needs and align HubSpot solutions accordingly.Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows within HubSpot.Create engaging email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation strategies.Analyze performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and improve ROI.Provide training and support to clients on best practices in using HubSpot.Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously refine strategies to enhance client marketing efforts.Facilitate client meetings and presentations to articulate insights and strategies.Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.Proficient in HubSpot tools and best practices, with relevant certifications preferred.Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and sales processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices is an advantage.Benefits
