Technology SolutionsJob Description:We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst with Project Management experience to join the Private Banking and Lending Technology team. The ideal candidate has strong process design and project management skills, gained through a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products within the Fintech industry.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the next phases of the Securities-Based Lending platform evolution. You will be primarily responsible for partnering with business users, internal technology teams, and technology vendors, to assess, analyze, map, and document the platform ecosystem’s needs and specifications. You will also play a key position in managing the digital ecosystem by providing subject matter expertise and technical oversight through the entire product life cycle.The Private Banking and Lending Technology group is a growing team within TD Wealth Management. Works with programmers to ensure that the delivered system matches the specified features and functions.Assesses available technologies recommending innovative and cost-effective solutions.Analyzes business challenges and recommends appropriate IT solutions and services.Maps current business processes to new systems and supports the transition to the new solution.Determines interface requirements for effective system transition.Resolves issues that cross multiple systems or departments that may affect the business process.Develops detailed specification documents that include features and functions of the new system.Develops test plans and test case scenarios to guarantee the new system design meets business requirements.Implements new system installations, upgrades, and conversions.Documents selected system parameters, file layouts, and application design layouts. Tracks open issues and resolution of issues.Education & Experience:4 Year Degree or equivalent experience.7+ Years of related experience.Excellent communications, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis.Previous management experience required.Ability to work with systems users or potential users to develop system specifications and requirements, applying business systems knowledge to ensure relevant areas of research are addressed.Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications.Preferred Qualifications:Preferred experience in the Lending or Capital Market industries.Experience managing technical products or online services.In-depth knowledge of JIRA and Confluence and experience developing business and technical workflow, process mapping, use cases, epics, capabilities, features, and user stories.Who We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
