E-Trading Implementations play a pivotal role in integrating clients with our FIT, FXGO, EMSX, FixNet, and Tradebook platforms, supporting a multitude of workflows spanning across pre-trade, trade execution, and post trade cycles.What's the role?As a member of the E-Trading Implementation team, you will specialize in ETF Basket Creation Implementations (BSKT) – Bloomberg’s primary market solution offering ETF issuers, distributors, and custodians a world class system for negotiation, ticketing and routing ETF creation and redemption orders. You will also work with clients looking to integrate with our market leading Fixed Income Trading platform (FIT).You will have responsibility for technical presales, as well as project management and overall project delivery. In this role, you will need strong relationship management skills and possess advanced product knowledge of ETFs (Fixed Income, Equity, Multi Asset) and Fixed Income (Cash and Derivatives across Credit and Rates) along with in-depth experience in how these products are traded electronically in the market.You will manage both buy-side and sell-side implementations and ensure that customers’ integration requirements are properly scoped out, tested, and delivered efficiently and on time. You will need to be able to actively identify risks and dependencies throughout the process. You will support our sales force, partner with various teams internally, and deal directly with our clients and vendor partners on a regular basis.Responsibilities:Provide technical pre-sales advice to customers and help them to identify appropriate workflow solutions for their business needs.Qualify, scope, and lead implementation projects from start to finish.Ensure that projects are delivered expertly and on time and in line with customer expectations.Build close partnerships with OMS and EMS vendors.Continuously develop your knowledge of E-trading platforms and markets, identify system issues and opportunities, and propose product improvements and workflow enhancements.Work closely with Sales and Account management, Product, Engineering, and Production Support.You’ll need to have:2+ Years of experienceKnowledge of financial products across the Fixed Income and ETFsConsistent track record of delivering external/client facing projects.Prior experience in trading system implementations, EMS and OMSKnowledge of FIX protocol and SFTP.Customer-focused attitude with an ability to foster relationships with internal and external partnersSelf-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in demanding situations and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skillsWe'd love to see:Regulatory knowledge in MiFID2, Dodd Frank, and EMIRExposure to Python CodingPrior knowledge of Bloomberg platforms in Global MarketsLanguage skills (Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus)What's it Like To Work Here?We work hard.
