You will work closely with a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and industry experts to design, implement, and maintain robust platforms. Your expertise in managing AWS resources and services enables us to build secure best in class enterprise solutions. Your commitment to rigorous engineering practices like test-driven development, scalability and efficiency will be crucial in driving our mission forward.Your Responsibilities on the TeamDesign, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, efficient backend services for B2B enterprise applications.Build and optimize multi-tenant SaaS solutions on AWS, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.Lead and own efforts in infrastructure automation, optimization (including cost), and CI/CD implementation using AWS tools.Ensure high-quality code through rigorous test-driven development and code reviews.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop APIs and backend services.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and implement robust security measures (e.g., encryption, secure data separation and handling) across backend services.RequirementsBachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering.7+ years in experience in backend software engineering, at least 4 years working with AWS.Expertise in AWS core services (e.g., EC2, CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).Strong programming skills in Python (optional: C/C++, Java- / Typescript).Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade B2B applications.Strong understanding of API design and database management.Demonstrated experience with test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.Confidence in your abilities, balanced with humility and a willingness to learn from others.Preferred SkillsExperience with CPaaS (e.g., AWS Pinpoint, Twilio, Plivo).Experience in the construction industry or related fields.Experience with agile development methodologies.General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $115,829.00 - $138,004, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.Life at LennarAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
