OPERA Interfaces & Oracle Payment Interface SME
LOCATION: UNITED STATES
TRAVEL: 10-40%
Skills
Proficient in Interface (IFC8/IFC8.net) and Oracle Payment Interface, particularly with OPERA V5 and OPERA Cloud.
Highly organized, adept at multitasking in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Results-oriented with a proactive attitude; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communicator, effectively engaging with Leadership, Management, and Corporate Customers.
Demonstrates leadership and expertise in projects, ensuring clarity and direction.
Facilitates smooth transitions and successful adoption of property management systems.
Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and application-level protocols such as SFTP and FTP.
Project Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive training and support to end-users, both remotely and onsite, ensuring full competency in system usage.
Manage projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight, maintaining strict timelines.
Execute administrative tasks promptly and efficiently.
Foster clear communication with project collaborators, providing regular updates on progress.
Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deployment strategies.
Design, execute, and analyze testing scenarios aligned with project specifications.
Generate detailed documentation reflecting project requirements and outcomes.
Oversee pilot sites, including documentation reviews, training, and escalation of issues when necessary.
Act as a key point of escalation, addressing challenges and raising concerns as needed.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) Responsibilities
Drive deployment efficiencies and streamline implementation timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to:
Develop documentation and training resources for Delivery Consultants.
Provide guidance for quoting and calculators for IFC8 & Payment Solutions.
Conduct product readiness testing.
Create solutions for challenges identified through consultant feedback and trend analysis.
Maintain client-specific implementation checklists for Delivery Consultants.
Assist Resource Managers in generating issue trend reports.
Serve as a liaison between offshore teams and Resource Managers to ensure knowledge readiness for rollouts and deployments.
Offer mentorship and training to consultants to enhance their skill sets and facilitate learning of new products.
Be prepared for 10-40% travel to client sites for large-scale deployment meetings and implementations.

US: Hiring Range: from $23.85 to $54.13 per hour; from $49,600 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
