Project Manager
to join our team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely execution of various technology and business initiatives, driving project success, and maintaining expectations across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong leadership skills, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all IT projects, including planning, objectives, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Engage with stakeholders to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic schedules to manage and report progress.Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project delivery. Proactively address issues and implement solutions.Ensure that all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and industry best practices.Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels. Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, including status reports, progress metrics, and performance evaluations.Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. Champion IT documentation, ensuring meticulous records of processes and systems.Utilize Project Management software with expertise, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME), to create projects, manage project stages, assignments, notifications, workflows, forms, etc. and to provide guidance and training to employees.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) preferred.Demonstrated track record in leading and delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ability to research and troubleshoot issues and produce high quality, accurate work.Robust proficiency in project management software preferably ClickUp, with a deep understanding of functionalities and capabilities to optimize project management.Innate ability to operate in a dynamic, problem-solving environment with a creative and analytical mindset.Sound understanding of technology infrastructure concepts, including networks, servers, storage, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.Previous experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of related technologies preferred.Diversity in backgrounds and experiences is key to Fairstead’s growth and success.
