OverviewThe Program Manager is responsible for working individually and as a team to successfully direct, manage, and complete small and large corporate sign branding projects from concept to completion in a profitable and timely fashion.

Responsibilities
Manage sites to include:
Site survey information inclusive of landlord requirements and code restrictions.
Landlord approvals and necessary regulatory requirement permits.
Manufacturing, shipping, and installation of all products.
Maintain active communication channels with all internal/external stakeholders throughout the life of the project.
Track and respond to project scope changes, following established internal processes for approval and notifications.
Evaluate problems as they surface with a focus on solving independently when able and escalating as needed to appropriate members of the leadership team or Subject Matter Experts.
Track projects against target margins, provide approval within authority for deviations from target margins, and at times obtain approval from leadership team for margin deviations.
Coordinate the administrative function and records retention of all documentation to include organizing/securing/filing all required closeout documentation to include permits, completion photos, invoicing, etc.
Initiate and coordinate accurate purchase orders and invoices for all phases of the project life.
Utilize project software to track all projects and provide a comprehensive status report for all projects within scope of responsibility ensuring work is tracked within the project software.
Generate design write-up requests and proof designs for specification and brand accuracy.
Coordinate, gather and process competitive manufacturing and installation quotes that allow for the generation of accurate and profitable cost proposals with.
Serve as a Lead to Associate Program Managers assigning and guiding tasks for those assigned to partner with you on sites.
Qualifications
Associate Degree and/or equivalent related experience in Signage, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing.
Ability to evaluate large amounts of data and apply this information in the preparation of clear and concise reports for internal and external use.
Familiarity with a Request for Purchase (RFP) process from establishment to revision to execution.
Strong oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal problem-solving, and organization skills.
