.OverviewLiquidity Management Service is a part of the Corporate Bank Liquidity Domain. Large multi-national corporations have thousands of accounts world-wide in a variety of currencies, and to optimize balance management, Deutsche Bank offers cash concentration product that consolidates client account balances into a much smaller set of accounts every day - providing the client a smaller and more consolidated footprint of account balances to manage their daily liquidity. The Liquidity Management Service provides this Cash Concentration capability - consolidating balances across accounts based on flexible rules in a highly scalable and efficient manner.As the Team Lead / Senior Software Engineer, you will get involved in designing, enhancing, and maintaining a set of services/micro-services that comprise Liquidity Management Service application. You will have an opportunity to lead a young but extremely capable, knowledgeable team that will help you exercise (and maybe grow) your knowledge in Kotlin (if you know Java then you can learn Kotlin), Spring/Spring Boot, Oracle, and many other areas, as well as complex algorithms, multi-threading, sophisticated real-time communications with external systems, and much more.What We Offer YouA diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration

What You'll DoLead a team of backend developers, interact with the Product team to help formulate and fully groom requirements and prioritize work
Take full ownership of your tasks: estimate, design, develop and test new functionality, document design decisions
Participate and lead code reviews, test automation activities
Collaborate on technical analysis and design, contribute to the definition of the future state of the system architecture
How You'll LeadYou will interact with the product team, OPS teams in various regions, and the L2 team
Skills You'll NeedStrong Java (+ strong concurrency), Spring/SpringBoot, and Swagger/OpenAPI experience
Strong experience in some form of messaging (preferably Kafka).
Strong experience with major relational database (preferably Oracle)
JPA/Hibernate experience
Strong experience in critical app development with transaction processing flows (payments, trades, or something similar)
